With over 16 years of experience in real estate, LJ has successfully completed more than 700 sales, representing over $450 million in transaction volume. Born and raised in Montreal. Beyond real estate sales, LJ has an in-depth understanding of the city and its diverse neighbourhoods. LJ is an accomplished property investor and manager, owning 76 units and overseeing a property management company with 200 units under management. LJ’s expertise includes completing full renovations on over 50 properties and developing a 9-unit building from the ground up, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of property development and investment.

COO & Partner
Born and raised in Montreal, Thierry brings a unique blend of experience from the worlds of fencing, coaching, and real estate investing. As a former member of the national fencing team, he developed discipline, resilience, and a sharp focus, all of which now serve him well in the realm of property management.
